Amazing staff, very delightful to speak with about the right tan, products and have amazing service for first timers like myself awhile back. Most of the workers in this establishment are very kind and professional, except the manager Carrie (Spelling?). She never has a smile on her face, and is overall not very welcoming or friendly. Today I went in to tan and was informed that I had to wait another hour or so until 5:15pm to tan as it had not been 24 hours yet. So I went out and did some shopping and came back and was told that it was actually going to be another hour until 6pm until I could tan. I understand having to wait the full 24 hours, but as a manager you would think they would be more observant and accurate in their communication.

I purchased a tour of the city. Used to fast bed. Second time I went in they couldn’t find me. Then said I had two accounts when they did find me. I used the faster bed and burned terribly. I waited extra time for healing. When I went in again they couldn’t find me but finally did. I said I want the fast bed. Explained about how I burned. So she let me use the fast bed and said she would give me credit for a tan as I did burn. Sunday my account shows no history. No purchase. Only walk in. So I was not allowed to use what I paid for. Their computer system is terrible. They lost my account and I spent a lot of money. The manager was on top of it on Monday. She contacted corperate and corrected any problems. She also credited my account for the missed day. Thank you so very much. Goes to show that stuff happens but it don’t have to end badly.

Always had great service till today when I tanned half the bulbs stopped working as I was tanning and I told the 2 ladies and they treated me like I made it up just saying that it worked all day but kept acting like I was lieing about it in front of people didn’t bother to check it out or replace my session very disappointing I will be stopping my membership
