Very clean beds, love the different level of beds. They seem reasonably priced but beware of oodles of hidden fees – sticker shock. Some staff very helpful, others quite annoying. Most push HARD SALES and it can be difficult to actually get in and out because they pester and don’t take no for an answer well. I realized it is part of their job and how they make money but it gets annoying. Don’t plan on a quick in and out tanning session, more time is spent at the counter telling them no numerous times than in the actual bed. Best advice overall is to question all sale prices and package prices, do not purchase until you know the full disclosure of fees they do not list.

Been wanting a spray tan for several days now.. Never have gotten a spray tan in my life so I called ahead to let them know and ask questions. I clearly stated I’ve never visited in my life and asked what I needed. I was told to wear lose clothing and shower before arrival so I did that. After driving 45 minutes in the snow I arrived and they asked me for an ID when I literally called ahead to ask what I needed. Was refused since I had no ID to enter into their system. Drove home very upset. Bring an ID.

Great staff. Showed me around the facility, every time I come in, they try to learn my name and that’s huge! They explained everything and the difference between the beds. They give great recommendations for someone new to getting back into tanning properly. From products to the amount of time in which bed. I love it, and can’t wait to not be so white!!!

I have had a membership in the past but just renewed mine and got my wife a membership as well , the amazing Miranda helped us out . I have seen her in the past and she always treated her employees and customers with the most amazing professional and friendly demeanor I have ever seen in this industry ! I have worked in tanning salons before and I know how people can be and she was just patient with us and explaining everything to my wife on everything worked and the benefits of the lotions and the skin care . Positive: ValueThis location was always clean and the front desk was helpful but it was really frustrating to be sold a “flex/1 month” membership and end up having to pay for 2 months…I was only looking for a few sessions to prep for a vacation. It was very unclear when signing up that it was expected to pay for at least 2 months instead of one. There were also quite a few hidden fees that kept adding on to each monthly payment. When trying to cancel my account, the front desk attendant told me their system won’t allow it. Excellent service and staff! They have everything you need in a tanning salon from $20 unlimited tanning to the best beds in town. I enjoy tanning and then stopping over to TJ Maxx to look for clothing and things for my house. It’s conveniently located across the highway from Apache mall.

I don’t know the name of the girl that helped me. But I signed up for a year then she asked if she cud send my receipt to my email an then I said yes never saw it day later I called in an asked about. Then whoever answered said she’ll call me back once she has it figured out never heard back !!! Very frustrating !! Skin treatments

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and this is my favorite place to tan. Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and it’s always super easy to get in and out in less than 30 minutes! The rooms and beds are always clean. Keep up the great work!

Went one time and it was not as dark as the first time. They tried to say I got something different, but I didn’t. It was as if they used a diluted solution the second time around.
