I went in having no idea what I was doing or how to do it and the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful that I’m definitely going to go back. I mentioned how I just wanted a glow for my birthday and they gave me a massive deal on my first spray tan and all of the products that I would need for it. Amazing staff!

I absolutely love Sun Tan City. I have tanned places prior to this location and was never fully educated on the benefits of products, tanning and lotions. Sun Tan City’s staff took the time to walk me through the products and bed times to ensure a safe and happy visit. They even converted me over to a sunless visit fanatic! (Try the DS Sunless line it’s AMAZING!) The staff is beyond helpful and educated on their products and equipment. I recommend this salon to anyone starting or continuing their tanning experience:)

I now work for the La Crosse location and love it. I feel as though a lot of the bad reviews from the past are simple misunderstandings that could easily be rectified with a little communication between the client and management. I have experimented with spray tanning for 3 summers now. Sun Tan City staff are quite energetic and always willing to push product. Unfortunately, that’s not the reason I pay them $54/month. I went to this place to add a LITTLE color to my untannable skin. There are many tricks to getting a decent spray tan that you figure out after the color sets. I would share those tricks anytime I was in the salon with new people, as the staff doesn’t know all those tricks. But after this summers frustration with broken down machines and going in for a spray tan, going through the process, and then waking up with NO color. I am done giving them my money. I did want to give the company the opportunity to alleviate a frustrated client. What I was told is, “we don’t give refunds, we can offer an additive to intensify your spray tan or allow you to use tanning beds.” Thanks but no thanks. My skin only sunburns and I don’t want an additive that wont work or make my fair skin look darker than natural. Yes I am speaking from experience.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. I use the “fastest” bed and have only had to wait once in the 6 months that I have been coming here. Employees are always courteous and don’t agressivelu try to sell me products like other locations have.
