Very rude and arrogant large woman that works here was dismissive of my questions and made me stand aside to help someone else…showed me that she did not want me there and did not want to help me….. recommend you hire employees with better people skills and don’t hire people that don’t want to do their job and help customers …have never gone to a tanning salon before and I will most definitely use a competitor and will never go to sun tan city in wisconsin rapids

Thought I would write a review .After being a member since they have came to the Wisconsin Rapids Area. I sign up usually for a annual membership. But have noticed that the maintenance of the tanning beds have gone down. I’M a faster member…right now they only have one of the three beds working. So you have to always wait. I think they should upgrade you for free….till they get them fixed…..Other wise the staff is always nice and very helpful.

Sales girl was useless. Couldn’t or wouldn’t give straight answers about pricing, I was there for at least 5 minutes. Had to give my Driver’s license and answer too many stupid questions.it should be pretty simple to tan.I ended up walking out and going to Hawaiin Tanning. If I remember right the same thing happened last year at this place. Never again will I step in their door.

Ive been going to SunTan City for over 2 years, I love the people they hire and they are so well trained with all the information on all types of Lotions. Today I went to the Wisconsin Rapids Location at 11:00 am and the young women was so nice and wasnt pushy about the promotions going on but listened to what I was looking for in a tan and showed me one of her favorite lotions, I WILL BE BUYING IT NEXT PAY CHECK !!!! thank you to all the wonderful people that work there, !!!!

Outrageous pricing. 77 dollars a month plus 70 dollar lotion plus a 150 annual membership just to tan to go to florida in a month. No thanks crooks. Customer service was awful on 12-3-19
