Love the spray tans here! The Malibu spray tan is the best one but there isn’t a clear version so you have to get the bronzer and the bronzer looks speckled at first and transfers a bit, but when the tan develops it’s beautiful and natural

I love this place, it’s always clean, the staff is friendly and the beds are amazing! The only thing they could improve on is how understaffed they seem to be on weekends. Every time I go in on Sunday morning, there’s only one girl working all by herself! She has to do new memberships (which take 15min at least) and there’s a line practically out the door. She’s running around trying to clean the beds and apologizing for the wait. I understand it’s a popular place and I don’t mind waiting a reasonable time if it’s busy but their are beds available and I still wait 15+ minutes for a 10 minute tan. Seems to be poor scheduling rather than unavailability.

The gals over at STC Fitchburg are AmAzInG!! They make you feel welcome. I’ve noticed how they remember people’s names they say hello from the time you walk in the door, tell you thank you n tell you to have a great day when you leave. I’ve got to know the gals pretty well….I love chatting with them! The store is clean, the beds are clean, & always the bulbs are kept up!! It’s just a positive vibe being in there n coming in to relax. Thank you ladies for having a great store and caring hearts!!

They continue to charge me for 8 months after repeatedly canceling. I left my number for the manger to call me multiple times, was promised a call never received one. I have over $400 in charges. Eventually called the credit card company disputed the charges, put a stop payment on my card, and reported them to the better business bureau. Thanks for waste my time.

I had a big issue with billing at another location with no options presented to me. Even though it was not their location I called them and got a resolution immediately. Michael at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved. Great customer service and I will make it a point to travel further to visit this location!

Trying to get a good base tan for my vacation overseas. Twice in a row would have to wait substantially for the instant bed. Maybe you should know your customer base better and get rid your other crappy beds and get more instant beds.
