Nice place. Have not had a problem until today. I love tanning here but unfortunately today the bed I used had 2 bulbs out. Just didn’t seem to get hot. I didn’t wait for the timer to go off and got out. That is when I saw the greasy tan oil arm prints on the inside hood. I dressed and told the attendant. I did tell her I atleast hope the bottom where I laid was cleaned prior to my getting in because the top sure was not. Very disappointed withe the cleanliness today.

She explained everything thoroughly and was so nice and helpful. She provided great service and I just wanted to mention that since now a days it seems that many employees in the a customer service job field are the people who shouldn’t be working with people.

Beds are awesome and everything is clean, when I originally came to sign up I have never dealt with such a pushy and rude sales person! I came in and asked for prices and she was reluctant to show me anything except there very expensive yearly packages and continually kept interrupting me when trying to explain I didn’t want that large of a commitment. She gave me such an attitude for choosing a month to month option. Then she immediately started in on me about the lotion packages, at this point I was exasperated and just gave in, overall I felt incredibly uncomfortable and pushed into something I didn’t want! I understand it is their job to sell the products and I was more than willing to listen, but the attitude I received for choosing a less expensive and less permenant choice was very very poor customer service. I will use my monthly membership and take my business elsewhere, where it is appreciated no matter if I sign up for a month or a year.

Used to have more than one stand up but got rid of it, it seems. The start/stop buttons don’t seem to work in most of the rooms. Floors are always disgusting. Employees clean the beds but don’t wait the designated time for the bed to be sanitized. A lot of the beds have burnt out bulbs that don’t get changed, and on many of them, the acrylic is bubbling up and burning. Employees don’t seem to enjoy their jobs here. They also seem to forget that their customers can hear them from their rooms. I had an employee talking about me being stupid and “spending too much” on a product and bragging about her sales commission from it while I was motioning up before getting in the bed. She also really didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about the products while I was buying. I might start going to the other Waukesha location instead due to this.

This location is great! Staff is so friendly and educated. The manager Courtney always has a smile on her face and has great customer service. They help me out every time I come in. Very clean salon and great beds. The Waukesha location is great!

I love coming to this tanning salon! They have the best staff and management, always smiling and ready to help! Their staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are always looking out for you and your best interest and to make sure you have an awesome tanning experience. Seriously will never go anywhere else!
