This is the BEST Sun Tan City location! I went to the Falls location and the employees aren’t friendly and the general atmosphere and beds aren’t as nice/clean. I drive out of my way to go to the Hales Corner location. Brookelin is ALWAYS friendly and the products behind the counter look so pretty and nice it makes me want to buy something every time I’m there!

I have been coming here on and off for years. I usually come for the spray tans. Today one girl not sure her name. Young girl, black hair seemed to be in charge or training the other girl..anyways, I forgot my scan card and wallet in the car. She got little rude and told me the procedures and policy that you need a driver’s license next time if you don’t have your card. I told her, I can grab my wallet not a big deal but she said I can look up your name I said ok great, she continued to tell me but next time you need a driver’s license and sounded irritated. I’m a grown woman i do not need things repeated to me like a child. At the end of the day she was very unprofessional and not very customer service friendly. I like this location and in past the girls have been wonderful!

Came in on Friday to tan, forgot my lotion there called and called all day Friday no answer left multiple messages came in early saturday morning to tan and pick up my lotion it’s gone. You can check cameras walked in with a lotion but didn’t walk out. Girl was so rude and had attitude. Then I was proceeded to be told to come another time when a manager was in. My lotion was stolen and they aren’t doing anything about it. I called 15 min after I left the salon. Theft is real

Apparently i had 2 many questions because the response received was rehearsed & inadequate followed by blank stare. Felt rushed. I have history of leaving more positive reviews but this place truly had me feel like an inconvenience! Not to mention, i may b locked into a package that may not be right for me. If not addressed, i will cancel as soon as possible and never come back once its done.

I have been a sunless monthly member at STC since 2018, and this Hales Corners facility is the main location that I have used. For the most part, I have had a good service experience, and I love their sunless tanning options. However, my visit today was confusing and frustrating. And, when I asked for a manager email address to verify some purchase details that bothered me, I was told that the person I was speaking with was a decision maker and that she had already spoken with her superior while I was tanning, so the issue was settled – no point in me sending an email to confirm anything, So, this review is in lieu of the email that I was unable to send.

The staff has to be the best part of that location. Every single employee there is so kind, knowledgeable, and doing their best to give everyone that visits a good experience. It saddens me that they lost out on losing one of the newer instant tanning beds to locations like the Greenfield one. I’ve had less friendly staff at that one so I believe Hales Corners was more deserving of getting one of those.
