Critical: QualityThe staff was very friendly but the quality of the beds are terrible they sound like they are going to break! The staff was very friendly but the quality of the beds are terrible they sound like they are going to break! I told the employee specifically that I wanted just a ONE MONTH PLAN, and she acted like she understood, gave me the paperwork which I signed (without reading because I assumed she k ew how to do her job,) the next month I see a withdrawal from my account for another month! When I called to find out why, the employee told me that I signed a 12 month contract….oh no, I didnt! I told the employee I specifically what I told the employee when I signed up originally. Then the employee said to me, “Well, did you really think you could get a monthly rate THAT cheap by just buying a one month contract?” So, after many back and forth conversations, my account at Sun Tan City was “frozen,” and if I ever wanted to tan there again, I had to pay the remaining 11 months of the 12 month contract that I signed. I think that that is completely wrong, since the employee is the one at fault, NOT ME. I would gladly go back to STC, but, not if I’m going to penalized for someone else’s error. This was at the Utica Ridge location. W Kimberly is probably way more competent.

Just want to drop a few lines about my vist on January 8th 2020 I walk in and was greeted in a awesome manner it look like a good environment to walk into the Manger there was so sweet and focused on her job made me happy that she was going to steer me in a wonderful direction in what kind of tan and product I needed that day answered all my questions and I was so honored and blessed of her experiences in selling tans and products I will most likely be back and tell all of my friends and family to visit this is a wonderful place to tan Thanks for the blessing vist.
