Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI love coming to this store, especially in the mornings, not very busy. The workers are always very pleasant when I walk into the store. Even when they are busy they are quick to clean down the beds. I had an issue with my account and the workers were super nice and chatted corporate to get it figured out and solved my issue swiftly!Service: Tanning

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I walked in about a membership , of course the only thing they are trying to do is sell you something. I told them I needed the tanning for Feb, but didn’t need it for March, I was going to be out of state. Why would I pay 99.00 for a month I am not going to be there? They said well you signed the contract, I told the lady I didn’t need it. She said, but you can put it on hold and pay later. I said ok, well that would be fine. March I call to get it put on hold, oh well you have to pay for the 1st whole month before it can be placed on hold. That’s not what we agreed too. Anyway, we had other things coming off the card, so I was like well I am not going to worry about it at this point. 2 months later on my ex’s card he gets a charge for tanning $136.96 (not the 99.00) . He freaks out and threatens to have me arrested thinking I just did this since the state is locked down and nothing is open. So I call and talk to someone, they said 7-10 days before it would be placed back on his account. Today is day 10 nothing on his credit card, so I call again. They told me there is nothing in the computer and that they would have to send it off for review before Possibly refunding it. You’ve already wasted 10 days and LIED, now you “might” refund it! After wasting 3 weeks of my time?Why can’t people take pride in their work and do as they say? I’m not their boss, I don’t get paid to make sure they do what they say they are.
