Important information to know that they don’t tell you- if you purchase the one month membership, you have to pay for a second month before you can cancel your membership. so essentially you have to pay two months worth for a one month membership. They say things are prorated and you have to pay upfront, but not that you have to wait for one payment to come out of your checking account before you can cancel. Just be upfront and tell us we have to pay for two months before we can cancel.

All the staff are so helpful and sweet. Very knowledgeable about all the different products they sell, the different beds, and packages.The place is always very clean, I never have to question if the bed I’m about to use was cleaned well or not. Which is a big deal. So kudos to all the lovely staff for doing a great job and making customers feel comfortable.

Overall, staff is fine and the establishment is very clean. I Purchased their “tour the city” package in preparation for my wedding. There is no signage about the package nor is it advertised currently on their website to find out details about it. No where is it stated that it expires within two weeks of purchase nor was it explained to me when I bought it. I was trying to space out the package to extend my tan since I was under the impression there was no hurry to use it and I tan easily but had I know that it expired after two weeks I would have used it immediately. I was only able to use one tan out of the 4 that I paid for. Super disappointed and unsatisfied with the whole experience.

The young gal who helped me was so great!! I didn’t catch her name but she helped me with everything! I hadn’t tanned for several years! She helped me with packages, all the beds and benefits of each one. Showed me many lotions and suggestions. Very happy and pleased with the service I received! She was fantastic!!

I love this place! The beds are top of the line, wide variety of lotions and girl working on my initial sign up was pretty helpful and I appreciated her knowledge. The reason for 4 stars and not a full 5 is bc most of the girls are not very welcoming or personable.

One of the workers was very rude to me. Every time I was talking to her she would cross her arms and always had a bad look on her face. I love this place but I’ve never seen a worker there act that way. It was my first time ever seeing her. Not impressed by her. 3-1-19 she’s tall and has long blonde hair. I don’t recommend talking to her.
