So disappointed today with customer service! Usually super welcoming and helpful. The “see you next Tuesday” that “ helped” me today was sooo rude! I signed up for a really good deal that I can cancel at anytime, which is great for a travel nurse who lives on the southeast coast & normally doesn’t even tan. Anyway, paid my cc in full as I do every week and apparently it didn’t post in time for my membership fee. Friendly employees who always greet their customers when you arrive. The girl’s get you all set up for your tanning session quickly. Answer any and every question you can throw at them! Love this location. They go through employees a lot but the original girls know my name and favorite bed. Parking is usually pretty easy unless you go during lunch time with the restaurants that surround it. Especially love that they give me the deals but don’t pressure sell any items or upgrades to me☀️
