Have gone here since they opened. Have honestly had good and bad experiences throughout the years. I feel their prices have gotten a little too high and don’t have nearly enough extra stuff like before but overall I like it.

There seems to always be a long line yep for the fact that I don’t get to sign in buy my phone or by computer because it says there is an error but I have to wait in a line was probably estimating 5 to 15 different people but I end up only half an hour away probably two to five of those and I absolutely love the specials and the spray tanning to go along with it. I love to double dip. 🙂

Critical: QualityI have come here a couple of times to this location, staff is usually nice but iv run into a couple of them who weren’t. But my biggest problem is I referred a friend who has never went before we both spent over $85 on the double dip and lotion and we both have the worst spray tans iv ever seen. I am splotchy and orange and so is she. I did everything I was supposed to do as far as exfoliating before i came and not using any lotions or anything prior to tanning except the lotion I purchased there that was designed specifically for double dipping and I still care out with spots all over me. Iv tanned at other places and love my tan but they are a really far drive. I still have to drive almost 45 min just to get to your location so to spend that much money and drive that far I want a good tan. But I look embarrassing. I would like either another shot at this for free or I want my money back period. Cause I was goin to buy a membership due to this being the closest place to go to but I’m not now I’m gonna have to drive over an hour and a half to go tan now because I don’t want to keep looking like this. One other time I tanned here before vacation and the same thing happened so this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. I don’t usually do the whole bad review thing but I’m sorry this is not acceptable. Extremely rude service. The workers were VERY snobby. I bought eye wear and the worker forgot to give it to me so I reminded her and she rolled her eyes and threw them on the counter. Beds are great but not worth the terrible service..defineitly recommend going elsewhere

Never tanning here again. Service is rude most the time, if you don’t check in properly expect and hour long wait. And they scam you into memberships that you can’t cancel until the 1st of the month, when they charge your account. So don’t use this place for vacation tanning, or regular tanning i you want your moneys worth. Absolutely horrid.

Well…for a first time customer at this particular tanning salon it was alright. Although, I would only go on free tanning days. The beds are way over priced and when I called before I went to get information I held for 15 min. twice before I just gave up (hello, if you aren’t going to answer your phone, turn it off.) The beds look nice and fancy, which is probably why they cost so much, but the affects of the beds are as good, if not worse, than comparable tanning salons. I will be back on free tan weekends, but that is probably all. I will continue to go to my usual tanning salon.
