Clean and friendly gets a tad spendy. When my credit card expired, my membership was invalid, the saleswoman told me. I said ‘I think it’s time for a break from this expense, let’s cancel my membership’ she was understanding and cooperative. 5 month later, I decide to join again. A woman at the desk said I had a nearly $599 balance and once I paid that, she’d be happy to sell me a new membership. I was absolutely gobsmacked. She had an authoritative character feature, and as I questioned her she became loud, positive, and wrong. Her explanation for the company not accepting my cancellation of my membership was absurd. She certainly thought I was a real dumbo haha— it was dreadful. Ultimately, she had NO authority, merely an unattractive personality feature that convinced herself, only, that her opinion is correct and logic is for dummies. I haven’t called corporate yet because I’m a lazy procrastinator, but I’ll never, ever, ever do business with this dishonest company again.

I was sent to spray bed 8 and it was spraying unevenly!! Upon leaving I told staff and all they said was I’ll check it!.. I have a membership and I should have been accommodated somehow and sent to another bed!! I definitely won’t use this location again!! Also barrier cream was empty in the room which is always checked at other locations before being sent to a bed!! I also was not offered any product like I always am at other locations!!

Amanda is always awesome! She knew I was in a hurry and got me and out so I could make it to work on time. The music selection was great too! I walked out of there feeling happy and positive on a Friday!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Not a single staff member advised me of the 12 month contract a customer would be locked into when signing up for a membership. I specifically asked the staff if there would be a cancellation fee in the event of a move, and they said no. Their “contract” that you sign is verbally explained to you, and then you sign. I moved two and a half hours away from the nearest Sun Tan City, and I have not used their service in 5 months as they can clearly see. When I called to cancel, i was then told I had to pay out my contract that I didn’t know I had. When I spoke to customer service, they said they could not cancel my membership, but that they could freeze it until I BROUGHT THEM, IN PERSON, A LEASE AGREEMENT. I do not HAVE a lease agreement, nor should I have to travel 5 hours to get it cancelled. Nor should a customer have to buy out the remainder of their contract after having been told by their employees there wouldn’t be a binding contract. I never thought this company would fall in with all the other companies who trap their customers and take their money. It’s disgusting and I truly hope nobody else has to experience this. I never leave bad reviews. Ever. I am in shock over how this company has handled this situation. When my account was frozen, they apparently meant it wouldn’t be frozen. My card was charged this morning for the amount that was on it, which was twice what my membership was a month. And no refunds until I can BRING A LEASE AGREEMENT. I advise caution. For real.

I’ve always had to wait at this location! Only been here a handful of times. I’m always bombarded with lotions and upgrades, even after I say no multiple times! I can understand selling, but it is always so overboard. Makes me not want to return! I actually have been avoiding this location on purpose because of these experiences. Thought I would give it another try today with Free Tan Week, but I was again, disappointed and overwhelmed. Won’t be back to this location.
