The staff is horrendous! There’s someone working there who was so rude she made me never want to go back. I did the promotion for 5 tans in 2 weeks. My last tan I went the day after it ended and she made me feel stupid when I asked if it was possible to use. Then I asked if I could pay extra and use it and she said no and told me all the reasons why I could not and how I should know what day it was for. Tanning beds are not a niche business. There are plenty of other spots in town. I’d recommend them unless you wanted to be treated terribly!

They had an online only promo $5.99 tour the city. I currently have the faster membership but I wanted to do the tour of the city before paying for another month to see if I wanted to upgrade. I never have been able to sign on but I receive emails all of the time from Suntan City. When I went into the location the lady working the counter just handed me a card to the corporate Kentucky location and said sorry after being on hold without pick up for thirty minutes I said that I would just pay the 9.99 for the promo. She said ok and when she got my name and birthday she said that there was a balance in my account of the monthly amount of $32.99 and that in order for me to do the tour, I would have to pay a total of$42.99. I said no thanks walked out then called corporate office again from my home and after being on hold almost 2 hours was told that I could not freeze or cancel my membership until March. So I asked so if I don’t behave the membership at all, then I can get the benefit of using the promo pricing but if I’ma member I would have to pay it in addition to my fees, no exceptions? She said that that was correct. Suntan city’s membership doesn’t make sense. Like you can’t even freeze your membership until it’s time to renew it? I don’t understand why they have to have my name and phone number to sell a promo deal. Does not make sense.

So here’s the deal. I hate tanning beds. They are proven to greatly increase your chance of cancer and they make you wrinkle and age significantly. That being said, I love sunless tanning and this business offers a very good service at a great price. Due to my work schedule, I often arrive minutes before closing in order to spray tan, and these employees offer great customer service.

Great Sun Tan City location! They have stand-up beds which I love and sets them apart from the location on the south side. Very clean and the music isn’t bad or too loud. They also have great sales on their packages

I’ve been to a lot of tanning salons and sun tan city is by far my favorite! They keep up with changing the bulbs and the girls are always so sweet. They have a great weekend deal where you can upgrade for $5 year round!

I was a few cents like 35 cents short on a 75 dollor plan. Not one associate cared. I will never go back. They were rude and made me feel terrible. Broad ripple tans has way better service and prices.
