I had avoided sun tan city for a few years because the first time I went to a different location the employees there were so rude and snobby. They weren’t helpful what so ever! But the employees here are fantastic. They helped me figure out which package I should get and what lotion to buy for my skin type. They were so kind and nice. I felt very welcome and still do. The employees here were so friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, a one time visit on a basic bed is $10. I was going thru town so paid the fee but it’s way too steep. Hope the owner will reconsider fee schedule!

I’ve been a member for 2 years and never have had issues tanning real fast. The location has outdated fastest beds and they don’t change the bulbs as they should. Therefore they should charge less for the tans. I go to other locations and I can feel my tanning is working throughout the day as it should based on years of tanning.Something happened in this location in the last year because it didn’t used to be this.
