Staff is great and place is clean. Reason for only 2 star is they need to be honest and tell customers up front about the extra charges to the promotion plans. We were only told about the $10 yearly fee but wasn’t told about the $30 extra charge on top of the first monthly payment.

Havent tanned in almost a year, and decided to stop in at the Brownsburgh location. Was taken care of promptly and my expectations were well over exceeded! Thanks to Mia and Angie (apologies if I spell the names wrong) for getting me in quickly during my lunch break today. Mia even helped me out with a new bottle of lotion and a face bronzer. The store was clean. The beds were clean and well taken care of. The front desk was organized and shelves were stocked without looking over stocked. Had a great experience today, and was worth the 25minute drive! Thanks ladies!! I bought a membership a year ago and the folks helping me were as nice as any business folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not so much anymore. You can stand in line for over 15 min and then someone roll their eyes at you when their frustrated. It’s spring break time, staff accordingly.i just changed the review from 1-4 because I own a business. Pls fix this so I can enjoy visits
