I just left there and the girl Corrine has the ugliest personality and attitude that I’ve seen in a long time. I told her I was having difficulties checking in online she raised her voice at me and said that she’s not going to keep doing this and was not going to let me tan. I had to go back to my car and get my ID to prove that I wasn’t trying to steal someone else’s tanning sessions. I don’t know what she meant by not keep doing this because it’s my first time meeting her. And she told me that my bed went for 12 minutes but she turned it off after 10. I can only pray the rest of her day matches her personality. I have two tans left in my package and I will NOT be coming back after that.

Nicole at the Noblesville location is very helpful and very knowledgeable in this industry. She was incredibly patient while explaining the spray tan process. Seriously, sometimes I could give a 5 and sometimes a 2. The staff is usually very knowledgeable and kind. Only thing is sometimes the beds feels like trying to get a tan in the middle of winter and other times like being in the Caribbean in the middle of summer……never know which. Go 5 minutes or go 10, good luck figuring out how long.

Hannah and Savannah were working tonight and they were AWESOME. I drove up from the Fishers location which I left because I was so frustrated by the way I was not being helped more with my app issue and they (Fishers manager) insisted that I can only tan if I check in online but I tried EVERYTHING to get my online check-in to work and it wouldn’t. Long story short, I came to the Noblesville location and Hannah and Savannah were so kind and helpful and made me feel so much better! These two deserve a raise!
