more available hours at a total tan, the tanning lotions are cheaper at a total tan than here as well as the tanning services and I live in the out skirts of Anderson so when I come in to town to tan and the manager looks at me dead in my face and says I can’t tan without proof of eyewear and they are cashless so she wouldn’t take my .80€ to buy winkies I wasted a whole trip going into town for nothing that day.

I spray tan and pay for the package every month every time I come in to do the spray tan it’s out of spray and it just sprays air I’ve told these young girls time and time again to please have it full and they just assume it’s full I have to get out in the middle of my session every Time dress and ask for a new bed because of these young incompetent workers this never happens in fishers or Carmel it’s just very very frustrating the last four times I have been in this place it’s been nothing but air they say they’ll go check it the assistant manager said she checked it and she didn’t, same scenario young girl not paying attention I wouldn’t waste your time or money in Anderson!! I thought they would be on point and fix this situation but obviously they didn’t I’ve been kind every time I’m just tired of changing in the middle of my session when I’m in a hurry..Really came out as dry as I went in, NOT GOOD

Staff was nice and but I was turned away after filling out Sun Tan’s City’s form to see which bed best fit me. Some of the questions asked for my natural hair color & eye color giving me a lower score. You have to score an 8 or higher in order to use the tanning beds. I didn’t know I’d be discriminated for these things. Luckily Total Tan was just down the road and gladly let me tan for the 5 minutes I wanted. They are also cheaper and I didn’t feel discriminated by their form and questions.

Worst suntan city I’ve ever been to. I travel the country and have visited many, im a yearly subscription member. Every time I’ve visited ( ive given it 5 chances before leaving this review) This location is rude, not welcoming, and this is the last time Im trying here, I will not be returning, I’d rather drive 35 min to another location,,, the last straw is that they closed (locked the door) 15 min early, while other locations stay open happily till closing time n sometimes a few min longer. I walk up n try the door, woman mopping looks at me n smerks even my kid noticed… I can’t wait to relocate already just to be near a different suntan city location….. they won’t last long, unless locals are willing to put up with them for they’re tan.

Absolutely love this place! Great pricing, Amazing well knowledgeable employees, clean and relaxing. I was shocked to see a tanning Business with highly Advanced beds with so many great deals and super inexpensive compared to any place I’ve seen.
