Great results in their instant+ bed, but they are expensive -the sample pk of JWOWW I bought was over $20 (prices aren’t listed on or near any of the lotions, even samples)! Another thing, they switched my bed on after only being in the room for like 3 min, I’d just gotten my clothes off and hadn’t even gotten my lotion on yet… I tried the courtesy phone to have them stop and reset my timer but couldn’t get an answer, had to call the main office and they called the store and had it reset…. Otherwise, the bed was great!

Very nice and clean and the staff are very helpful but the beds could start a little later then they do to give you time to put lotion on but other then that there amazing love to tan I’m already dark only tanned 4 times great results Tanning, Body waxing

Came in around 9:35 and had already checked in online. Went to booth but before I declothed I checked the barrier cream because I’ve had multiple issues here with it being empty when I got in. Pumped twice and it was good. So I disrobed and started using the cream and it ran out. Around 9:45 I called the front desk and told them. Removed the cream and got dressed (difficult with a bad knee right now) and waited. 9:55 came around and nothing so I called the front. They said something about resetting the machine. So I informed them it was fine, just needed cream. They stated they had no cream. I asked about the bottles. They said they got rid of those because they break easily. So I asked about actually changing the dispenser. They called the manager. The manager apparently told them they locked up the bags because. Inventory was getting stolen. I’m not exactly sure how they change them throughout the day. Anyhow, I put my clothes back on and asked to confirm if the issue was indeed Employees weren’t allowed to refill the barrier cream dispensers and she confirmed he’s she was on the phone with the manager and that was what the manager said. For $70 a month I usually have a couple of times a month I can’t tan for some reason. Be mindful of you intend to go here and especially if you plan to buy an expensive subscription.

First, I asked for a spray tan only membership and was signed up for the wrong package that I didn’t ask for. Second, I was charged more than what I was supposed to and even then I was told the amount before the swiped my card but still wasn’t what came out of my account. When I asked them to refund the difference of the overpayment they wouldn’t nor would they fix the membership I requested. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Customer Service was trash. The lady that signed me up talked about how she didn’t want to be there, was supposed to be off a half hour ago AND anytime another person walked in she’s say “oh no they keep coming”. When I apologized for being there and holding her up she replied with “oh you’re fine, I’m all about getting a membership”. Being a former sun tan city employee, I never let a customer know that there was a commission system. Instead of passing me off she rushed through my membership agreement and missed that I asked for tinted rather than clear. She also charged me $6.50 when it was supposedly a dollar to sign up. She told me she was running $5.50 on my card and when I asked what the charge was for she said “oh this just gets you extra upgrade points”. NEWS FLASH: I got the all inclusive package for a reason. She also signed me up for a month to month membership when I asked specifically for the 12 month commitment.

I spray tanned for the first time in years I know things have changed since covid but not being able to talk to customers help with the sunless tanning is ridiculous. They had face mask on and could have helped. They told me there were directions on the wall well no there were not proper directions
