Nice, clean tanning spot. They have a lot of beds which equals less wait time! I love the app to check-in and pay, plus let’s you know the current wait times for each bed. Their only downfall is customer service. The staff seem friendly but they are not very informative. Like if I’m using a new bed, I would appreciate someone taking 1 quick minute to at least show me where and how to use the start, fan & music (etc) buttons. Oh and maybe a shout when u leave lol.. thanks have a good evening. Direct customer service is always appreciated.

Great to be back. After last year’s fiasco with the plandemic, and visiting with another tanning salon I had to come back to STC. The faces are friendly and the rooms are clean. Definitely a plus after where I’ve visited this past month. Keep up the good work!

The customer service was awful. It is free sunless tanning week. I came in twenty minutes before closing time. I understand the frustration of being busy when you’re ready to go home, but the attitude was uncalled for. This girl had her hair over her name tag so I couldn’t see who she was. She had bleach blonde hair and she was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I would not recommend going here solely on her customer service. We were about to leave and she started complaining about us coming in. She said she “had to see somebody” and that we were “wasting her time”. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this attitude is uncalled for. She was legitimately the rudest person I’ve ran into at Sun Tan City. Whoever this girl was should not get a job in customer service in the future, very unprofessional.

Everyone is sweet and helpful! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I don’t use these places to tan normally, but I have been getting ready for the beach and they helped me very thoroughly, also finding me a GREAT deal for the time I had to prepare for the beach.
