I enjoy tanning here but… some of the booths only have 1 clothes hook while others have several. Also, if you arrive just as they are opening you may have to wait while they boot up the cash register. I still give them 5 stars.

I was Never informed I only had 2 weeks to use my package so I lost 2 visits. My mother got the same package as me but she was given a spray tan in her package that I never got with mine. They also don’t accept cash.

Got there as soon as they opened so that I would not run late. A lasy beats me in the store. So, there is 1 person in front of me. I waited in line about 20 min while the employee ignored me and explained all the lotions and plans to them when she could have stopped for 2 seconds to check me and the 2 people behind me in. When I finally get to the line, I was checked in in 2 seconds! What was the point of that! They had not started anything on the computer to tie it up from checking me in. Get it together Suntan City!

Just had a horrible experience at STC Frankfort. Very rude woman working at the front desk was unapologetic about the 30+ minute wait for one of the spray tan booths. Their time management is appalling. Rude staff. Very run down salon with old/broken spray tan machines.

Moving from Georgetown to Frankfort, I was pissed that the faster beds compared to the ones in Georgetown are old. Georgetowns faster beds are flat, using 5 upgrades. Frankforts faster beds are tubed like the fast 20 minute beds. My back injury makes it hard to get out of, and hard to get situated. Every facility should have the same beds. If old change them out. . Totally disappointed.

This place is ridiculous. Overpriced! And a word of advice listen VERY carefully and ask aslot of questions when you are at the counter. There are a TON of things they upcharge you for. Corporate is of no help either. if you get a package, good luck getting your money back. They are crooks and it’s very expensive. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.
