Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in to get a spray tan and it was going to be $38 for one. They had a special to get 2 spray tans for $50 and when I came in last time they let me and someone else divide the deal, but this time they said we couldn’t do that even though we just did in July and it was the same deal. So, I didn’t argue it and just paid the $38 for one. Included with that price, I was supposed to get a primer and bronze extender, but they were out of the bronze extender. Instead of taking it off the price, they said they would do a “rain check” and took my info to call me when it came in. It’s now November and this was the beginning of October when I got the spray tan. Never received a call back, can’t get through when I call…besides, who needs a bronze extender a month after a spray tan when it was supposed to go WITH the spray tan? After that mess, she pulled up my name and said what kind of spray tan do you want today? I said, what I got last time. Then she says, oh, I’m sorry we don’t have that info….when I’d already been two other times and was in the system. I just started tanning to reduce a tan line from my bathing suit for my wedding and was a little apprehensive. The facility is very clean and I have never had a wait. The first time I went the employee was patient and explained all my choices, the membership deals, the current discounts, and each bed option. She also recommended an amount of time to make sure I did not burn. The first two times I used the “faster” bed for six and then 10 minutes. The third I opted for “fastest” for 10 minutes and that had the more noticeable impact. Will probably not continue tanning after my wedding, but would recommend this facility as they have a non-membership option.

I’ve been coming to the Lex locations for several years…I’ve always liked the staff ( I’m a morning tanner due to my job)…I haven’t seen the rudeness others have reviewed, always nice and offer products etc….that being said I’m not sure I can keep my membership because changing the hours makes it difficult for me to get in. Isn’t it backwards to be open at 8 during the “off” season and open later during peak tanning season? Just not sure I’m gonna pay for the top package when I can’t get in

I parked my motorcycle in front if the building (no parking zone). I park there all the time. I went inside and 4 or 5 very young girls (employees) all started harassing me about parking there and said my bike would be towed. I asked them if they were going to call the police. First, they harassed me instead of waiting on me, second, they threatened me (I would have gotten a ticket before a tow). I didn’t appreciate that at all! Very poor customer service. Most of the time I get decent customer service.

Zero stars if I could give it! Even tho I have paid for my monthly membership they proceeded to tell me that they needed my bank card yet again to get my card on file. I was told I could not tan EVEN tho I have already paid for it.

WORST tanning salon EVER. So rude. I went to get a spray tan; 1. the spray tan turned out terrible 2. The workers were trying to force products down our throats even after we said no, thank you several times. They continued and insited with needed to buy these products or our tan will look terrible. Well we bought something, and know what! Our tans still turned out terrible.0/10 Do not recommend

After having kids and needing to feel a little better about myself I stopped by the lowry lane Sun Tan City and could not be happier with my experience there! Megan and Cheyenne were both super sweet/personable and explained everything to me and how it all works and although it can seem somewhat expensive ended up saving me hundreds of dollars for a year membership so now i can always go in for a pick me up and feel a bit prettier;) Megan even took the time to show me and go through all of the steps/movements needed for the spray booth which trust me I have never had anyone go to the amount of trouble just so i didn’t mess up my results and look all streaky or one sided tan only, which I would totally be that person to fumble around in there cluelessly lol so If you’re like me and have not been tanning for a decade or ever this is the perfect place! Thanks girls! Have not even seen the full affect yet and I’m already uplifted 10 fold just by the visit alone:)
