Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe suntan city located in Richmond Ky has been a bright spot during a less than stellar year. Since moving there a year ago, I have started to prefer this location over the one I previously went to that’s beside my workplace because of their outstanding service and personalities! The staff there is stacked with courteous and helpful professionals. No matter who’s working, they have gone out of their way to be accommodating and even friendly!! They are the kind of people you can be comfortable with, ask them anything, and trust that they are doing all they can for your best experience tanning. Patient when I couldn’t decide on lotion, helpful when I asked about the spray tanning positions, and overall just a nice crew. The type of place I’d want to work if I needed a job. I look forward to going in, and i always have a standout experience. The suntan city located in Richmond Ky has been a bright spot during a less than stellar year. Since moving there a year ago, I have started to prefer this location over the one I previously went to that’s beside my workplace because of their outstanding service and personalities! The staff there is stacked with courteous and helpful professionals. No matter who’s working, they have gone out of their way to be accommodating and even friendly!! Critical: ProfessionalismUsed to love coming here but since they have opened back up the new people are rude and very unprofessional! I have over heard The blonde boy with kind of a bowl cut and a long hair girl at the front Talk about customers out loud as soon as they leave to go back to a bed. They talk about what they wear they talk about what they look like and just very childish behavior. It makes me uncomfortable to leave and find out what they have said about me. I have witnessed it twice now and It’s by the same two people. They say very mean and cruel things out loud so other customers can hear. It makes me not want to come back. Used to love coming here but since they have opened back up the new people are rude and very unprofessional! I have over heard The blonde boy with kind of a bowl cut and a long hair girl at the front Talk about customers out loud as soon as they leave to go back to a bed.
