If i could give a 0 i would.. I worked there for about 3 months, almost 4.. We had an employee appreciation sale going on and i bought a lotion i’ve been wanting for forever considering it was only 40 dollars, my key holder that night had told me to use a coupon and it would make the price drop down even more, so I did. I had NO clue that I wasn’t supposed to use that coupon because my manager and DM, did not go over those policy’s with me.. I came in for paperwork before i started and my mom was there with me and watched them as they told me to sign those papers there was no reason to read them because it was common sense.. Anyways.. back to the key holder, she had used the same coupons, on top of the same discounts and she did not get terminated. I got fired and they wouldn’t even let me sign my payroll.. Never going back and I’ll be contacting corporate.

Purchased a 5 tan “tour” package upon recommendation due to travel circumstances – I used 3 of 5 tans and was told my time cap expired and could not use 4 and 5. Never told up front there was a time cap of two weeks. Money lost, no customer courtesy exception granted after request. Disappointing customer service and poor business practice. Employee at front desk came across as unsympathetic and just said something along the lines of “sorry, the system won’t let me do anything.”

The workers here are super sweet, it’s clean and they have nice beds. The reason that I gave it only 4 stars is because they have so many “hidden” charges. It may seem like a good deal from the advertisement but they leave out so much until you actually go in to sign up. Kind of a rip off.

I love Suntan city, but it needs to go back to allowing you to freeze your account. They charge me every month, even if i dont go. Be careful when selecting payment methods. It can be locked in for a year before they stop taking money out of your account
