Rude. I bought package 2 weeks ago that expired in 2 weeks. I went for last one today and they said today marks the expired date. Makes no sense. You do not get it on the last day. So, it was a waste. The manager was very rude about it.

The Staff is always very friendly and helpful and they do a great job of keeping the facility and equipment very clean. I’ve only done spray tans now for a couple of years since I had surgery for metastatic melanoma cancer. I’ve tanned at several other Sun Tan City locations in Louisville and when out of town; but the tans that I receive at the Shelbyville location are the absolute best!

Come back hours later just for them to say “it didn’t save your mom’s information.” After we were just there that morning. They also are very rude and act like they don’t want anyone business. The time before and time before that I came in and they said I had to buy a package deal, during $15 spray tan week, while my friend came in hours before and she got to get a spray tan. Probably the worst place when it comes to customer service. There’s always 50 people waiting in line because there’s only one person working. I went to tan in Middletown, I had the best experience ever. I was greeted right away, in a bed right away and greeted when leaving. Their tanning beds are TEN TIMES better than shelbyvilles. I think that’s pretty sad that this is the only place to tan in my town and would much rather drive 25 minutes to go to a different location. That just makes it pretty clear that the management is crap and not the company. While waiting in line today, the associate was on the phone complaint of another associate with 4 different people behind me. Why would she do that? When waiting for a bed, I got called by my whole name. That’s really unprofessional. These girls are a mess at this location and I hope I’m not the only one that sees it.

Haven’t tanned in over a year, go in to tan and they can’t let me open my account, address is suddenly from almost 10 years ago and they can’t tell me why I can’t tan but I have to call corporate office which is closed right now. Wasted trip, will find another company
