So I have been going here for a while and the staff are generally nice however it does seem to be going downhill. I had to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper in either stall. I tell them upfront and the girl says they’ve notified management or higher ups multiple times! I’m sorry but Walmart is across the street grab a few rolls til supply gets there!

I have been going to the Turkey Creek Sun Tan City for over 5 years and have developed relationships per say with the staff. They are so friendly, kind, and professional. The beds are always working and available. I go on the weekends when its busy but never have had to wait for more than 10 or so minutes. I appreciate the service and availability of this salon.

Sun Tan City @ Turkey Creek is awesome! It’s easily the best place to tan in Knoxville. The entire staff is super nice, and helpful. The real superstar though is their manager, the amazing Taylor! She is consistently friendly and delightful on each, and every visit , flashing her beautiful smile to everyone. Whether she’s reminiscing about her early years riding with a biker gang, or just sitting on the counter strumming a banjo, she always keeps things fun! Also ,if you’re lucky ,she might just share some of her famous homemade cucumber fudge with you….yummm! So head down to the “City” at Parkside Dr today and get your tan on, you’ll be glad you did!

Critical: Quality, ValueThis place is a joke! They sold me a package for $252 where I could tan for three weeks between this location in Baton Rouge. The first day I was put in a broken bed. The second day I had to wait 20 minutes for them to open but it was great! The third day I couldn’t wait 30 minutes for the only bed to be available so they put me in a different one without giving me any information and I burnt. Bad! When I asked for a refund I was told that it would be requested through corporate. I waited two weeks with no word and when I contacted corporate they said the request was never put in. I spoke with a supervisor who said that she would put in the request with higher ups and I would hear something within 10 days. Three weeks later when I called to follow up she said the request was denied because I was able to tan at least once. Complete rip off. Don’t do it!Service: TanningThis place is a joke! Lizzy was who helped me today and she was absolutely fantastic! And not to mention the sweetest, most enthusiastic person I’ve met in a while. She absolutely made the experience and I’m super happy with my tan! Super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience! Will definitely be going back!
