Love love Love! Maggie Bunch runs the Oak Ridge location and she has taught her staff what true customer service is! Everyone is so nice. If I wait even a couple of minutes they apologize when it’s not necessary. The know the products they sale and always recommend something great to try when it’s new. Maggie herself is AMAZING! One of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I’m from Knoxville put I prefer visiting her location because she treats me like family.

I have to give a huge shout out to the oak ridge salon! Super nice and friendly, the salon was also well maintained and super clean! I also have to say thank you to Sabrina (Brina) Owens, shes one of the ASD’s there. She took time out of her busy day to talk to me about what lotions and products would work best for my skin and what’s gonna give me the best color before my wedding next month! Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went to get just one tan as I wanted a tan on a Sunday and there aren’t any tanning places near me that are open on Sundays. A few years ago I went into a Sun Tan City for the first time and I can’t say I was a fan because the girls weren’t friendly and never tried to listen to what I wanted, instead argued with me. However ever since going into the Sun Tan City in Oak Ridge, I have felt nothing but welcome! The personalities that come from the girls that work there are the best! Chariti, their salon director, and Maggie, the assistant salon director are my absolute favorites! They have been helpful since day one. They go out of their way every day that I come in to make me feel welcome and to listen to what I want or what I am concerned about. All of the girls here always make a point to be welcoming when you walk in the door. I have never been so comfortable somewhere in my life. I normally go on my lunch during the week and they get me in and out, but they always take a few minutes to talk to me. This is the BEST Sun Tan City I have ever been in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to tan! This salon knows what they are doing and I don’t think they are bragged on enough. People make me so mad when they write bad reviews about them or say bad things, because I have never seen anyone be anything but attentive and nice to every single customer that walks in the door! The beds and salon are always clean and well kept. Floors are ALWAYS clean and the salon as a whole is always clean and looks like a salon should look every time I go and I know that is hard by all the people that come in there in a day. The beds are in good shape and still not only work great, but are still in great condition. Plus if you have an issue with a bed, then they are always there to answer your questions or solve the problem! This salon has totally changed my mind about Sun Tan City and because of them I will continue to tan at that location! BEST SALON EVER AND BEST PEOPLE EVER!

I love coming here!!! The girls are all friendly and welcoming, they are all knowledgeable about tanning and all there products. I drive all they way from scott county to tan here. I get compliments on my tan from everyone! My girl Macy really knows how to hook a girl up with an amazing tan!!! Also the beds and salon are very clean, organized, and sanitary.
