I signed up for a 6 month plan and had to agree to auto draft from my checking account. My plan ended 08/31 and they continue to take payment out of my account. I was NEVER told anything about an open agreement. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THEM!!! I called and spoke to a representative who refuses to refund my money. I was told my membership ended 08/31 I was NEVER told they would keep taking my money after that date. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!! I would give NO STARS if that was an option. I would have went back to Suntan City in the spring for tanning, but after this experience I will never go back. Customer service rep was extremely rude and would not listen to my situation. The workers in the salon need to be trained to tell people when they sign up that you have to cancel even after your membership expires. Biggest SCAM ever!

I had a membership with this location for seven years. I recently visited again after a 6 month hiatus and was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the Manager. She was extremely rude and treated me as if I was on her nerves and she didn’t have time for me. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and I realize that it can be difficult at times. But this manager’s attitude was very ugly and unprofessional. I would hope that the corporation would expect more from their employees. Especially their managers.

Update: The fees, prices & stipulations on how/when you can use upgrade dollars you’ve already purchased are all getting ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer for years & have now switched .to a tiny little local tanning salon. Started to go back today & was hit with more of the timeshare style aforementioned nonsense, so back to the other location I go!

The staff was very nice kind laughing . They tried to sell the lotions and bronzing creams too, very informative about the products … which is best used in their beds to get a great tan. Been going about 2 years now I love this place …I used all lotions and the body washes great my skin is soft and helps extend my tan !!! I tell everyone about this sun tan city ….

Employees are super nice and friendly. Customer service is on point. However, I carry my own cleaner. I’m not sure they clean the top of the beds. Sometimes it’s not noticeable until it comes on, but that light, reflects everything and It’s gross. Tanning
