The staff were very friendly but the pricing is not good at all. Do your research before hand to get the best price. I got charged twice the amount of my friends and I got the same thing. They were not willing to work with pricing and give you the lowest possible option! Make sure to ask for the manager special to get the cheap price or register online first!! Beware of coming out orange also!

I absolutely love Sun Tan City NOW! I’ll be honest I despised going a few months/years ago! The management and employees were just over the top! Always wanting to make a sale, trying to shove lotions down your throat to make the sale. Wanting you to smell this smell that, which I understand that is part of their job but OMG it was to the point I hated going! I would go without tanning months at a time just so I didn’t have to deal with them! As for now, I could not rant and rave enough about the new manger Elizabeth! A+++++ she has revamped the entire store and the staff! Elizabeth and the employees now are absolute top notch! I know it couldn’t have been easy for her in the beginning but she did it!!! So to that I want to thank Elizabeth and the staff for making tanning fun, relaxing, and enjoyable to me again!! In the past it was all about making a sale and meeting goals which is what every business does but now it’s more personable! People are more likely to buy a $180 of lotion if it’s personable to them. Get to know your customers like Elizabeth has done!!!

These people are scammers! They do not tell you anything you sign on that blank sign pad. And they also charged me and lied and said they didn’t even though I have proof showing they double charged me. I’ve also been told I’m not the only one that they have done this to,so watch what they are charging you. And there beds really are not that hot.

I don’t reccomend!Told me I was hired gave me the run around and then called me again saying she wanted me to come in for another Interview. I show up and the manager was very rude ro .e saying she didn’t hire me and I’m at the wrong location.! So rude!! Also I believe I was discriminated against Of how I knew the managers grandmother. So thanks again for all the times I’ve ran back and forth believing I had a job!

The ladies there were wonderful. They were patient with me figuring out what tint and type of spray tan I wanted. I appreciated that so much. Also, there was a mistake made when they charged me and were very prompt to fix it. The Alcoa location, in my opinion, is the best one in the area.
