Critical: ProfessionalismI have came here for years, and the last two months Ipaid for a membership I didnt even use. I bought from your PUSHY staff, and was just told I COULDNOT lay due to an outstanding balance… So FYI I had to cancel my card so you guys wouldnt bill me, because YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE, AND COULDNT COME IN TO CANCEL. SO thats my fault…. Christine was super helpful polite, and you lost a great employ i just learned. Shes why i kept coming back. def need to give your staff classes on manners instead of classes on pushing lotions which are way too exspensive to begin with. THE FACT is the money I have spent the past year only to be totally treated the way I was over one month of surface that I DID NOT NEED AT THE time, but as I said you all never answer is absurd!!! I Paid for a spray tan with extra legs. I Did not get extra legs. I Made multiple calls to the desk. The girl insisted she reset. It never worked. I was in the room for a very long time.
