Fantastic customer service!! I had a few minor issues and all were 100 percent resolved seamlessly. You won’t find a better, cleaner, tanning salon with better customer service than Sun Tan City. Rather, you may never find a business at all, tanning or not, with better customer service and the willingness to work with their clients than Sun Tan City. As always, STC exceeded my expectations and is pleasure to tan with.

I loved this business when we started tanning. My daughter and I both have an instant membership which is over a hundred dollars a month but only one of the three instant beds is working. On top of that you have tan for a dollar which makes your members wait sometimes an hour just to lay in a bed and usually not the instant one they pay for because of corse you dollar tanners all want the instant bed. Memberships do not have perks at Sun Tan City! Now waiting on response of another issue. I bought the teeth whitening system for my daughters birthday. Guess what, two of my boxes were empty and the other the light does not work. Trust me I can’t make this stuff up! She has been trying to get this resolved since July 3rd. Still waiting. She has been told they do not even have any of the enamel kits I bought left. So I paid for two empty boxes and the light in the third does not work. Please please please double check everything at this business. I had no idea what I was buying and who would of thought to open the boxes once she bagged them up?

The staff at Sun Tan City are fabulous. However, I received the teeth whitening package (three boxes) from my parents as a birthday gift. I took them to the Cleveland location (where they were purchased) for the session. Two of the three boxes were empty without a single product inside. The at-home box has a light in it that doesn’t work. The feedback on it was the plastic tab needed to be removed in order to work… shocker there isn’t a tab to remove! On July 3rd, when I was in the store, the girl helping me called the lady noted in the system selling the packages to my mom, who verified she would have to get me the actual products from under the counter except when she looked there was not anything expect the mouthpiece to use in the store. It wasn’t in a box but just the individual mouthpiece for me to use. I was told they would call customer support first thing the next business day and get back to me regarding a refund or the products paid for. Today (July 14th), I called to check on the products as it’s been eleven days without any follow-up call or feedback to find out there is not a single word on my account or my moms and that nobody ever contacted customer service. These items were not cheap, and even if they were, products were purchased without being provided. Now I am receiving responses like “I’ll leave a note,” “we will have to see if customer support with give you a refund,” and “someone will check on it sometime tomorrow,” all of which are unacceptable. The lack of concern for the situation and the fact that they charged hundreds for empty boxes is appalling and offensive. It’s a shame because as I stated the staff are all so friendly and excellent to customers. It’s a shame that management and customer support don’t care for their customers or the service they are provided more than they do. I am honestly speechless!!!

Was treated very rude by Kirstin said she was Asst Manager. Had never seen her before. She definitely doesn’t need to work with customers. Not friendly or accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with other staff members. I hope you will address this problem bc I really like tanning at Suntan City and have tanned there for many years. I will find another tanning salon

Went in for the free week on Friday and wasn’t told that was the only day I could lay. So other than communication issues (the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). It’s a great place to tan. The beds are awesome and super hot!
