I have not had a spray tan in like 8 years and it was a baaaaaad experience!!! I stopped in today and Karlee was working the front desk. All I can say is they need to duplicate that girl over and over!!! She was extremely patient with me, explained the different options, and packages. I ended up choosing to spray tan and she came into the room to explain how the machine worked and the different poses. I had a ton of questions and probably annoyed her, but she was patient, fun, and was definitely excited about what she does. She did not try to over sell me, but she sold me a package that worked for my needs and budget. I will definitely be returned to this location because of the customer service I received today and I will be referring others as well!!! THANK YOU KARLEE FOR MAKING SURE I WILL HAVE AN AMAZING TAN ON MONDAY FOR MY WEDDING!!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the locations but tonight I had and exceptional experience at the hwy 100 STC. after giving me pro tips on tanning, Sierra actually walked me to my car with her umbrella to prevent the rain from messing up my spray tan. I want to give a shout out to Cheyenne, she is amazing! I’ve been going for a year and she is the most helpful young lady. She knows my name and bday, and treats me like a friend,not just a client. Unfortunately she is transferring to Goodletsville this week. The turnover in this store is just horrible, I am a rest.manager and something must be wrong. I will so miss Cheyennes smile and conversation. Goodletsville is lucky to be having her. I hope the problems at the Bellevue store get straightened out soon

Worst Sun tan city I’ve ever visited. Each time I go, there is atleast an hour wait time. Only ever one person working at all times, and computers constantly down. Really disappointed.
