The absolute worst Sun Tan City i’ve ever been to. I go because I just want to tan, do my business, and leave. I’ve had some sort of complication every time I go here. There’s always something up with payment. Every staff member has said there’s something wrong with my membership. Meanwhile i’m getting charged every month. Last time I came in here I was told I had to pay out of pocket for a spray tan. Yet I got charged on my bank account? Communicate with one another! Not to mention the extremely rude staff. I get you hate your job, but at least put on a fake smile! Not returning to this location again.

I absolutely love this location. It’s super clean and the ladies there are always so friendly and personable. Beth is amazing. She is thorough when explaining the specifics of the beds and the lotions. The location isn’t convenient seeing as I live 40 minutes aways but it is worth the drive to tan in a clean and comfortable facility. If you are looking for a great tanning location with amazing staff and clean facilities this is the place.

Hands down the worst spray tan and a total rip off. Extremely rude staff. I bought a two spray tan package last summer 2021. My first one didn’t change my skin color at all. The sign behind the counter specifically states your packages are good for two years. I went there to use my second spray tan before going on vacation and was told it expired. Nope! The rude employee gave me a spray tan to appease me and hours later nothing! They put me in a room with used tanning containers and no ceiling tiles which I thought could have cameras. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. Scam artists

This location has one rude staff person. I now go to other locations just to avoid her. Tall female with tattoos and piercings needs to learn how to work with people and show customer service. Extremely rude!

The staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable, the beds are up to par (they even have super fancy ones!). They replace bulbs regularly, and definitely let you know about new bulbs. They clean all of the beds in between each person, and replenish towels. They have plenty of lotions (both big bottles, and small sample size) and eye protection, which you can purchase single use if you forget your personal ones.

They have an awesome bed here where you can choose Mediterranean, Caribbean or normal. It’s the nicest bed they have. It really accelerates your tan. Brook took great care of me! Hopefully she finds my necklace. The accelerator that I used was TekTon CT
