This was my favorite place. I drive 25 mins away from the STC by my house to go to this one. I loved the girls and that is why when all this happened, I was shocked and so disappointed. Yesterday on my way home, I realized Id left my necklace. I was already almost home. So I tried to call. No one answered the first 5 calls or more. I was frantic. Ive had that necklace since my gma passed and it was hers. I was sick over it. Finally they picked up the phone. I didn’t even get a hello. They picked it up and slammed it straight onto the counter. I sat there listening to them laugh and chit chat for 7 mins. The corporate office couldn’t even get thru bc they’d taken thr phone off the hook and sat it down.. I will never return here. How horrible to treat loyal customers that way. Im there every day. I buy my lotions there.. This done me in. I will now go by my house. Its just a shame. They were training a new girl when I was in there. So its nice they showed her how to properly handle phone calls. You should be FIRED for doing what you all did. Period. That is NOT how you treat any customer. Ever. I just about drove back in there last night, I was so livid. But good thing I didn’t bc that wouldnt have went well for me or you. You lost my business. Forever. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. Ive reported this to corporate and i hope appropriate action is taken. Hanging up on customers. Wow!! And to top it off, they “couldn’t find” my necklace. And the corporate lady said they’d refused to ask the person that just came out of my room. Them refusing to ask, told me all I needed to know. So thanks for that!! Id be rolling my cameras back to see who is hanging up on customers. Palm Beach Tan wouldn’t ever tolerate that BS.

I love the Staff at Sun Tan City!! They are extremely friendly and helpful. They are like Family to me. Especially, The Manager, Steven Todd!! He is such a nice person, and takes out the time and listens to people, which can be annoying, lol. But he keeps that cute little smile on his face and that is very heart warming.

I signed a 12 month contract in Jan 2019 for sun tan city. I stopped tanning the end of June 2019 due to medical issues. I knew my payments would continue until Dec 2019 even though I was not able to tan and I was fine with that because of the contract I signed. In Oct 2019 I called sun tan city to make sure my contract would end in Dec 2019. I was told it would and didn’t think anything else about it. In Jan 2020 my bank account was changed for another membership plus the yearly fees. I called Sun Tan City on Jan 3, 2020 and spoke with one of the managers, Steven. I explained what was going on and he told me the only way I can cancel my membership was to come into the salon. Why didn’t anyone tell me that when I called in Oct to make sure my contract would end and payments would stop? After speaking to Steven and getting nowhere the conversation ended and I hung up. A few minutes later he called me back and told me he would cancel my membership right then, and he’d call corporate to see if I could receive a refund. He said he would give me a call once he had an answer. I thanked him and hung up.

Worst place to tan at. The workers are rude and don’t care about customer service at all. When I went into my bed there were streaks and spots left from the last tanner and tanning lotion on the door and walls. They barely clean the spray tan booths as well. This has been an ongoing issue for me with my time as a member there. Their prices are also ridiculous for what you get. Won’t let you use oils. For anyone reading this, don’t let them gimmick you into buying product. You can use your own lotion before and after and it will do the exact same thing instead of buying $100+ product which is insane. Definitely would recommend tanning elsewhere, if you do tan here make sure you clean the beds out yourself before tanning.
