I came into this location a little nervous tonight (9/25/22), as I just realized it was only about 30 minutes before closing time. But the two girls working were SO sweet and helpful. They took the time to go over my spray tanning options with me and helped me pick out which solution and shade would be right for my skin tone while still giving me a more natural look for my upcoming wedding. They also suggested an at-home self tanning product and mit so that I’d have plenty of options and be able to choose which method I liked best. I’m excited to try it out and see which results I like best. I may end up using the at-home option on a regular basis if I like it enough.

I’ve been a member since 2009. Although I don’t tan year round, I do go for a few months of the year. (and special occasions). 99% of the employees I have met are nice, but this time I was so impressed. When I walked in the door I was greeted with the sweetest smile and a friendly hello by Annie. It took some time unfreezing my account and getting the products I needed (computers can be slow) but she made the experience so nice by engaging in a conversation with me. I wanted to try a new bed, she took her time showing me everything. I saw her waiting on other customers with the same interaction. She is one of those people that makes your day brighter and truly makes you feel appreciated. I called both my daughters when I left to tell them I just had the best experience at STC and why. I know this is probably not her lifelong career but I do know one thing no matter what she chooses to do or where she goes in life she will be a success. She has such a great attitude and is so personable, she is one of those people you just wanna hug. Thank you Annie for making my day shine ✨

Went in today to purchase a 1 month tanning. Said they were adding an extra 20 bucks onto the price for tanning bed maintenance. What are they using the money I was paying them for, cheese wiz? If I could give one star I would , my wife bought a package to tan for 1 mth before we went on a cruise . After said cruise she went in and canceled . Just found out today I’ve been billed almost 600.00 dollars when the account should be canceled . Steven the manager which sounds like he’s 18 yrs old proceed to tell me that they are under new management and it’s my wife’s fault the employees didn’t do there job and needed to follow up . Yes I’m at fault for not checking earlier than this with my bank, but it’s hard to look for a 49.00 deduction when you thought it was paid for , i urge anyone who has canceled there account there to re look at everything, very unprofessional and I will be posting this on every social media I can find
