They need some classes on customer service. Terrible service from 2 employees the other night. They said if you have a problem call customer service with an attitude. Had the wrong credit card on file and charged me a rejection fee. I asked what’s a rejection fee? They said your card was rejected. I started laughing. Never had a card rejected in my life. . Very condescending employees. Management needs better help.

The only wait time is if you happen to come in while another customer is checking in, which takes a mintue at the the longest. The 2 workers I’ve met have been all smiles and super sweet!! You can choose a monthly rate or just buy once every visit. They’ve got music at your head that you can turn up or turn off. Haven’t tried the spray tans but the tanning beds are always clean and plentiful.

I contacted customer service in March to cancel my membership (which I was tricked into purchasing with the promise of a reduced price which I never saw). I wanted to cancel because of the pandemic. I tried using the chat option to do so as the salon was closed at that time. I was repeatedly given an automated prompt and ended up contacting them via email or by phone (I only have an email thanking me for contacting them on March 21st) I thought I was done and would no longer be charged. I happened to check my bank account and found a charge for both May and June for membership. #1 I thought my membership had been cancelled and #2 I was unaware the salon had reopened therefore I dont understand what I would be getting charged for. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and all I was told was I needed proof of cancellation. I am sure there is record of the email/phone call from March which shows I attempted to cancel. I was unable to go into a salon to cancel because the salon was closed. Now I am out over $130 for tanning I did not do in May and do not plan to do in June. We are still in the middle of a pandemic…the last thing I want to do is lay around in the same tanning bed as others…and no those beds are never that clean. I’ve been to several locations but this is by far the BEST!!! EXCELLENT customer service, the girls are very knowledgeable about the different sunbeds and lotions. Everybody is super friendly!!! I usually check in online and don’t have to wait for the instant bed.

These beds are older than my son & he’s 21yrs old. Bed didn’t get hot till it turned off at 20mins. You also can’t even get your face tanned in the fast beds. I so didn’t like that at all.

They are expensive. Tanning isn’t cheap unless yuh want a dirty salon! They are very helpful. I started doing a stand up and switched to the spray tanning package they transfered my credit to the new package w no problem. Very clean. Very professional!! Love them<3

For the last 6 months or longer, this place is filthy. Floors are dirty (hair and dust). I have had switch beds twice because of someone’s sweat or boob marks on the top. I go when they open so there is no excuse. Someone’s not doing their job.
