I absolutely love the Manager at this salon I have been to Sun Tan City salons from the west coast to the east and pretty much ever where between but none of them can compare to how clean this one salon is, nor as friendly as the staff is and as knowledgeable. I have been going to Sun Tan city for 4 years now and the lady’s at this salon are the reason I keep coming back. They’re all amazing.

I loved this location but honestly the last several months they’ve done something to the lighting. It’s so dark in the rooms you can barely see to put on your lotion. You also sure can’t see your before and after in the mirrors. It’s too dark. So we don’t have a location near us. Either way it’s a 45 minute drive one way so we mostly go to the Lebanon location. It’s huge, you don’t feel closed in and their lighting is perfect.

I went there to try it out and I was greeted with a smile and as my information was being put in the system, I was told about the different beds and everything that was going on and after I got done, I was told about the different plans they had. Great salon. I get in and out fast when it’s not busy. MOST of the staff are great and friendly. But when I called to ask a simple question, it seemed to be an inconvenience for the lady that I spoke to. Other than that, most of those girls are sweet and helpful. And not to mention it’s very clean there.

From the moment we walked in the lady Kelly had a nasty attitude. She was rude and too outspoken. When I offered, who I was with, some of my lotion., Kelly looked at us with disgust and told us straight up it would be too little of an amount to share. Who the hell is she. Wow. Then she didn’t even make, who I was with, have eye wear, which is illegal. Then coerced her into a $15 bed 10 min later finally and she was out after 5 min because it was too hot, at she made it clear she didn’t want a ‘hot’ bed. Then refused to make the situation right due to the fact everything must be done online. So much for decent customer service. I walked out and was not surprised at all that more rude back talk from Kelly was occurring. She even told the person i was with that $8 lotion is cheap and bad for your skin, she should never buy that. That lady is going to run business away, what an unpleasant experience, one of the worst and I’ve been tanning for 15 years. Very disappointed.

I’ve been going to Sun Tan City since its opening in Lebanon. Like any business it has ups and downs but overall it’s a good place to tan. The biggest issue I have is they spend way too much time trying to push the sale of their lotions while you’re waiting to check in. In turn this puts them behind on cleaning the beds and checking others in. So if there is anything I could change it would be their customer service . The staff is super friendly and they keep the bulbs changed on a regular basis .
