The spray tans the last few months have been horrible. I’m never dark anymore and I’ve told them this so many times. I normally have to come back twice and it’s extremely annoying. Now I’m having to go to a totally different salon to get the tan I want. For all the money I pay I shouldn’t have to go out of my way. Extremely frustrating but no one does anything about it.

Absolutely have to brag on the Saturday Morning Staff- I had signed up for a membership online, and it apparently did not show up in their system. They were so efficient in resolving the situation. What should’ve taken a max of 20 minutes lead to 40 minutes of my time… I live in Mount Juliet but went to the Hermitage one because it was a little bit closer and I wouldn’t have to fight as much traffic, but I regret that decision! Our first time to visit Sun Tan City. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great specials for monthly plans. They have the best tanning equipment available and we saw results after the first visit. We got a fantastic natural looking tan within a few visits. Very clean. Convenient for today’s lifestyle when you’re busy, busy, busy. We’ll keep going for tan maintenance and we don’t get burnt when we’re out enjoying the sun. Highly recommended. We’ll be back.

Amber was so nice and helpful! Plus she knew her stuff! I used to be one of the top sales managers for the nations largest tanning salon chain so I really appreciate when employees at tanning salons know what they’re talking about, are honest about what they tell you and don’t lie to you just to increase their sales. As always The prices are unreasonably high. There aren’t many tanning places close, so if you’re desperate enough for that tan, you’ll pay the high prices, no doubt. The sunbeds are great when they have new bulbs.

I have been in this location a couple times now and there are a couple girls in there that are friendly. Although there are also a couple girls that work in there that are not! They act like they are pissed to be there and annoyed when you try to ask them a question. The ONLY reason I am going back there is to take advantage of the $1 tanning until I go on my vacation and because the Wonderful Place That was always friendly, tansations, is now closed. Please fix your customer service!

Every single time I go to this location their spray tan is out of the spray.. what should take less than 10 mins ends up taking 30+… it’s ridiculous .. been going here for many months now and I think I could count on one hand how many times their beds actually worked and I didn’t have to get back dressed and let them know something is wrong. The problem is always fixed it’s just a huge inconvience. Even though this location is closer to home and on the way home from work- I do not plan to return. I’d rather drive further and get the experience I should than go there. Sweet girls, just need to make sure their stuff is working at all times
