Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKira was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Not only did she have product knowledge she has personally and so sweet and genuine. I’m so impressed not only with how she went above and beyond to ensure I got MORE than I was hoping for today but to be such a young lady such great presents so genuine she has an amazing future in front of her wherever she is she’s got what it takes to take any company to the top wish I had her in my company. She took the time to show me every single detail and being sure to let me know of any safety hazards. She looked ne in the eye with every syllable she spoke, showing GREAT confidence knoing she was going to do everything she could to give me exactly what I wanted and then some. She has been the best part of my week. I can’t wait to see her tomorrow. I’ll be back before she gets off at 430 for sure.Thus has been my greatest experience with suntan city. Kira was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Not only did she have product knowledge she has personally and so sweet and genuine. I’m so impressed not only with how she went above and beyond to ensure I got MORE than I was hoping for today but to be such a young lady such great presents so genuine she has an amazing future in front of her wherever she is she’s got what it takes to take any company to the top wish I had her in my company. Critical: ProfessionalismI showed up on a Sunday at 10:05 and there was several people standing outside waiting for it to open. The salon opens at 10 on Sunday’s. Come 10:15 the girl in the building is just standing there, one woman checks the door and I guess it was unlocked the whole time. The woman that opened the door told the girl working (Brooke) that she should have told us that she was open. Then the girl working said “it’s not my responsibility to open the door for you” long story short, she argued with every single person including myself and then while I was tanning, I could hear her and another customer yelling at each other. I showed up on a Sunday at 10:05 and there was several people standing outside waiting for it to open. The salon opens at 10 on Sunday’s. Come 10:15 the girl in the building is just standing there, one woman checks the door and I guess it was unlocked the whole time. The woman that opened the door told the girl working (Brooke) that she should have told us that she was open. Then the girl working said “it’s not my responsibility to open the door for you” long story short, she argued with every single person including myself and then while I was tanning, I could hear her and another customer yelling at each other. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis salon is horribly run. They only have 2 employees working everyday. They spend their entire time selling product even though they have 15 customers in line waiting to check in. As of now, I’ve been second in line for at least 15 minutes while the proceed to tell the lady in front of me about every single tanning lotion they sell. I understand they work on commission, but this is a JOKE. If I would’ve known that tanning at sun tan city was going to turn into a 2 HOUR ordeal every single day, I would have never bought a pre-paid 1 year membership from here. It was a complete waste of $250. They going to have to hire more employees. They need an employee that only cleans beds all day. That’s the majority of the problem.. they spend the whole time selling & no time cleaning. Therefore their lines get backed up because they have NO CLEAN BEDSThis salon is horribly run. This salon is horribly run. They only have 2 employees working everyday. They spend their entire time selling product even though they have 15 customers in line waiting to check in.
