I came in and the girls were very welcoming. They had a lot of knowledge of the products and gave me alot of information that I didn’t know and showed me our the they have a fast, faster, fasted, and instant and a new instant it’s called theKBL is amazing in my opinion there us a hydro bed for messages and and a room for teeth whitening also red light therapy. I didn’t know they had all that nice stuff and cute lil earrings and bracelets. All things to make you feel refreshed. I love it!!

Dickson location has the worst customer service ever! If I could have given a 0, I would have! I pay $600-$700 a year up front in full to get told one thing & then denied when I actually tried to use what was offered. I asked for manager info & was told they would not give me her info. When I asked for the first name of the gal, she said she didn’t have to give me her name either. I asked for corporate & she said they didn’t have to provide me with anything. If corporate sees this I want to have a conversation with someone to make a formal complaint about this location in detail.

Took my daughter to get a spray tan for prom.. something didn’t go right in the booth and it was dripping down the front of her with very little on her back side.. The staff was awesome and did everything they could to make it right..

Wanted to tan a few weeks before going to beach. Signed up half way through the month so paid a prorated fee. Went to step down on package from instant to fastest and was told it would be another $10 fee plus $2+ for the rest of month (it was the last day of the month). Left a bad taste in mouth so advised I would just cancel now rather than later. Can’t. Have to pay one full month of a package. Would be okay IF it had been explained to me but it never was. I was never given anything showing packages or showing obligations bc of virus going around. Pretty shady I believe.

This tanning location is awesome, I tan at multiple locations and this is my favorite. Courtney and Anna that work there are the sweetest! They make you feel like you are family! I have brought new customers in and would recommend anyone go there to tan! Also Courtney makes sure the spray tan booth is extremely clean before i get in it, i have not seen other girls get on their hands and knees and scrub the floor of the booth like courtney did for me!

I’ve been going to sun tan city since it was express tan & it has changed dramatically, but most definitely for the best. The new manager Alyssa is absolutely amazing, always has a smile on her face & helps out the best she can. She does a fantastic job at whatever she does & always makes sure her customers are satisfied & happy before they leave. I will continue to come to the Dickson location as long as she is here!

Be warned!! The Two stars are because it will get you a great tan but it is a zero for customer service. Three months ago I went to this location and explained that I only wanted to tan for a single month and did not want a membership. The girl explained that it would be more expensive to sign up that way and encouraged other options. I advised that I would only need a month for a special occasion and that I didn’t want to forget to cancel a membership, so I was willing to pay more to just tan for one month. She agreed and signed me up for what I thought was a single month. She had me sign on an electric pad( the kind that transposes your signature onto electric forms) she explained one signature was for my card to be charged that day and a second was to acknowledge the new “tan tax”. I signed the pad and tanned for my month. I had splurged and had gotten the most expensive tanning package because I love their instant beds. Fast forward after two months of not stepping foot in their to tan, I find they have charged me $92.10, twice. When I called the store they stated there is nothing that can be done and I needed to call customer service, which they warned, “probably won’t help”. I was determined that they would have the decency to understand the mistake their employee had made in signing me up for a membership, when I made it clear that is not what I wanted. Customer service offered either a gift card or two months of tanning, but is refusing to give me a refund. After this experience I don’t feel that they deserve my patronage l, so both options will not resolve this issue. All they do is keep referring back to a form that I signed, but won’t acknowledge the fact that I never saw the form as I signed on a electronic pad and was misled to think I was signing so my card could be charged that day. The second woman I talked to implied I was wasting her time and hung up on me. So be warned they will not be honest with you upfront about charges and they are not willing to help after they deceitfully take your money! I am extremely disappointed because I enjoyed my tanning experience, but now I feel like it was money wasted. Do not let them take your hard earned money, you are better off supporting a local salon who appreciates and cares for their customers!

Alyssa is EXTREMELY rude ! I’ve been going to Express tan before they changed owners to Sun Tan City for over 3 years now and was completely disappointed as i was bringing them a NEW customer with the highest package deal and she acted like it was a chore to just share with her and show her about the level beds. Very disappointed to have even recommended them to anyone at all. I would not recommend them ever again to anyone and when my membership is expired i will not re-new it!
