Pretty good over all , they are cashless only bad thing I have hi had a bottle of lotion I was supposed to be given to me someone’s head passed by I went back in there and this location told me I needed to go to them Rudolph to pick up the lotion so I called Wilma Rudolph and they were totally completely rude also beware if you sign anything unfortunately I signed a tanning package that was $39 a month can’t cancel no matter what even though I only attended about five times and I haven’t even asked for a refund because the way they acted over the lotion that was due to me there’s no point but overall the location toward Oak Grove the two girls in there were fantastic helpful and friendly

Extremely courteous and professional staff. More than ten beds and mystic spray tanning available. Great summer sales now thru August! Convenient location and clean facility. Thank you ladies! Clean restroom and lots of different lotions to choose from. Not even a ten minute drive from fort Campbell.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went there to tan and the girl named Bailey was the rudest person I have ever dealt with my tanning bed would not turn on so I had to get dressed and undressed several times she was so rude to me and wouldn’t help me out she was busy helping other customers.. Then she got a customer involved with my issue and the customer started getting rude with me so I left and didn’t get to tan… I already paid for my membership so I think it’s terrible they take your money and you can’t tan I’ve been dealing with this tanning place for over 10 years, I have never had an experience like this plus I was already having a bad day.. I love this tanning salon. Beds are clean. Staff are polite and helpful. I’ve had no issue with the spray tan being orange or staining on my hands. Use the cream provided in conjunction with the proper lotion and you won’t have that problem. Price is very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Super awesome staff! The male and female working on 4/4 at 9pm we’re both very nice, non-judge mental (even though I don’t look like a “traditional” tanning customer), and very helpful. Even provided me a free spray tan trial to see if it would work out ok on my pale skin. He gave great advice on how to operate the machine and proper tone choices for my pale skin and dark hair. Can’t praise this place enough! Thanks for the great experience, will definitely be back!

As a company they are absolutely terrible. Their corporate customer service is horrible. The actual in store employees are wonderful,they let you know about promotions but do not turn into a pushy salesperson finally the app the company has only works maybe half the time, making payments through the app never works for me I ended up
