As a frequent customer over the last two years, I was highly disappointed by the behavior of the young women working this evening. Upon arriving 20 minutes before closing, one young woman tossed the vacuum against the wall, never spoke even when spoken to, proceeded to assume the service wanted and only stated “room 12”. As I was leaving, still prior to closing, neither woman at the front desk initiated or responded to communication as I was walking out. Both watched me as I tried to leave and slammed into the locked door. When both continued to not say anything, I asked for one of them to unlock it to which they looked at each other and replied “oh”. My membership is up for renewal soon and while the location is convenient, the experience with staff encourages customers to take their business elsewhere.

Did not allow my service dog(registered and required in BY LAW due to “policy’. ) in the room with me. Left without tanning. No refund. Was told he could “wait” outside. I simply stated, “would y’all leave your wallet outside??” Disguisted. I paid over 100 dollar a month for over two years. My puppy dog always came in the room u til this one random day. No more Sun Tan City… until they act professional.

Apparently they got a new manager Brandon with a terrible attitude. He was haughty right off the bat and got flat out rude because I didnt have a scan card. Ive never had one on this account – they just look me up. I was never offered a card nor was it a problem until today. I left without tanning and frankly plan to cancel. This was the third strike for me.

Critical: ProfessionalismI would love to have a conversation with the owner on how to coach these young girls how to deal with conflict.I purchased a two package deal with products and she told me to go to booth 12. I walked in and got ready to spray tan AKA no clothes and applying the blocker cream to my feet and hands. I then waited 10 min before I heard the young girl that checked me out ask me to come out as she did not charge me right. I asked her if she was kidding through the wall as I was “ready to spray tan” if you know what I mean. I then wiped off the blocking cream and got dressed and walked out to the same girl that checked me out on the phone with her manager not knowing what to do. She said she charged me wrong and I asked her if she could just put the spray tan on and I would pay whatever at the end, she agreed. Then I proceeded to wait another 15 min in the booth until my tan would activate. When I walked out I sweetly gave her back her product and told her that it was very unprofessional and next time you should process the tan and then deal with the issue if the client is already in the room for 10 min waiting.Clearly they were not trained by their manager and I think a refund should be issued if you ask me.I also need to add that the tan was way off and splotchy and did not blend into my skin even though I bought the extra moisture that she recommended.Service: TanningI would love to have a conversation with the owner on how to coach these young girls how to deal with conflict. …More

I miss when this was Hot Spot! The girls are all nice, the beds are all nice, however they always try to get you to spend money and I come almost every other day. I pay about $40 a month for my membership so it gets quite annoying when they try and get me to buy lotion or upgrade to a better bed literally every time I’m there. I just want to use the bed that my membership covers and I’ve told them every time that I have plenty of lotion at home. It makes me not want to come as often because I am tired of hearing the upselling and am tired of repeating myself!

She answered my questions and was genuinely interested in what I wanted. She knew so much about the process and really put me at ease.
