If you’re under 18 you don’t get coupons but at every other location you can. A spray tan was $40 just because I was 16 and not 18. I can go to daltons location and get one for $20. Absolutely ridiculous and rude employees.

I have been a member at Suntan city for several years. Most of the time I am happy regarding my visits. But for the last few months they have one of their instant beds that is not working. I pay over $ 60.00 a month for the instant bed. Due to the broken bed I have a very difficult time getting a instant bed. I am given times of 20 minutes or longer wait times. This is not acceptable. PLEASE FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT SO I DON’T HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Thanks.

Long time customer of this place, probably close to 6 years. I pay for the premium service only to have one of the two “instant” beds “broke” ( I have been told there is a part on order, that the maintenance guy is trying every day to fix it, and now three months later that the maintenance guy is on vacation). All this over close to three months. THREE MONTHS. This has created at times waits for close to two hours for the premium package at the most and always a 20 minute wait at the least. Not the way I would think you would want to treat your customers. And every time I raise a concern, I get a shrug of the shoulders.

Love this location! The staff is so friendly they try very hard to remember you by name. They greet u coming and going ,ask how your day has been and are very knowledgeable with any questions you may have.. .overall they make you feel very welcome;)

First time visit to this location. The staff was very friendly & kind! The staff was all very helpful. They where quick to answer any queation I had! Very great experience! I used one of the standard fast beds it was great! Will definitely go back!

Some of the people there are very nice. Others not so much. They don’t tell all information you need to know before signing up for a month. Basically you have to purchase 2 months to do 1 month. Wasn’t explained clearly. But it is in the fine writing on the bottom of the paper you sign.

Due to the calm and professional manner the consultant named Shelby exhibited over my misunderstanding of the company policy, and my frustrated demeanor, I am rating this location with 5 stars. She showed leadership skills in her efforts to fix the problem & offered excellent customer service. Ashley was another consultant present that showed excellent customer service in her kindness & willingness to assist in any way needed. Both ladies deserve a great rating for their work ethic. I will be a repeat customer as a result.

Sun tan City used to be a nice place and I used to go there all the time to get my spray tans but now that summer is approaching and everybody thinks that they can hack prices up for no reason a spray tan at the lowest cost is $39.99 plus tax you’re welcome
