I tan here a few times a week and love it! All of the associates are incredible and helpful, especially Katie, McKenzie & Janna. There have been multiple times where I’ve walked in and they are literally scrubbing floors tile by tile to make sure the salon is always clean.

I am not a person to write reviews .. however I’m very disturbed by the customer service today. Although sun tan city uses a “ third party “ for finance management – we as customers of sun tan city are hopeful that we receive trusted service. I’ve been charged on two accounts after I’ve informed this “ third party “ of my change along with informing sun tan city of the change in account info. Third party is actually more respectful then sun tan staff. Believe she said her name was melissa – very rude. Talking over the customer . Aa customer asks a question – Melissa continued to say “ and what’s your email “ completely digressing from the topic. That’s a shame. Needless to say I had To cancel my membership today due to lack of customer service. Side note this melissa informs me that she’s the supervisor – hopefully that was misinformed communication. Very disappointed& disturbed.

Why do they have to make it so difficult to cancel your membership? I fulfilled my contract, but have to wait till the last auto payment registers in their system even though it’s already drafted out of my bank account. Cannot do it on the app or website. Must bring back a filled out cancellation form. They can’t take it now… and process it for the day after my contract is fulfilled. Had to stand through a lecture on how tanning elsewhere is unsafe and likely to give me infections and disease. Website shows they are open… come back to give them my form. Closed for Labor Day!

I told the staff member I only wanted to tan one month. Even though I only wanted one month she said I had to sign up for monthly withdrawal but could cancel it on the 1st of the next month and not be charged. I went in on the 1st and was told I could cancel but my account would still be charged for the present month. They staff at that time they had been having problems with the employee who had helped me not explaining things correctly. I figured I could just call corporate since I had no need to tan that month and they would take care of my issue. I then called corporate to request a refund. Right now I have tanned only 5 times and paid over $200 for the two months because I had chosen the fast bed initially. Corporate told me someone would call me in 7 to 10 days after requesting a refund with a decision. 15 days later they called and said we denied your refund because you signed an agreement when you joined suntan city. They should have told me that during my initial call to corporate so I could least used the tanning sessions I had already paid for. So now I am out the money and have wasted 15 days of tanning. I am not sure why a successful business would need to force someone to pay for a service they did not want or use.

The many different style tanning beds made it exciting to pick! The manager is a lovely lady who wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied. The price couldn’t have been any better, I was honestly surprised at all the perks and discounts they provide. As well as free passes for your friends just for you signing up! I had an incredible experience at this tanning salon. The staff was friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. The many different style tanning beds made it exciting to pick!
