Since Stewart came around this place has only improved. Logan is amazing and helpful with products in any department. They have upgraded bulbs and even fixed beds to operate 100%. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI think things have changed for the better……I saw all the older reviews on Yelp & stopped by on a whim after the ‘more highly rated other place’ I went to was disappointing. I figured that it was a ‘try us for free’ option, so how bad could it be?Well, it was AWESOME, seriously MILES above the 2 other places I went! So maybe there’s new management? I was NEVER forced to purchase anything, in fact, after my free spray tan (which they tacked on tons of extras as well for free) both the front desk gals were telling me “give it a couple days & make sure you’re happy, then come talk to us if you want package details & we always have specials running of some kind”.My tan was AWESOME. The color was AWESOME. It lasted me almost 2 weeks as well. My skin felt AWESOME…..getting the picture here? VERY HAPPY customer!When I went back in there was no wait (I bought a yearly unlimited plan) and I’ve now been back at least 4 times and NEVER waited. Check in is easy-peasy. Staff always nice. Never any pressure.Also – super important to me – this place is CLEAN. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had my first spray tan tonight, courtesy of Sarah, and I will definitely be returning. She was super kind and informative, and the salon itself was clean and spacious with plenty of booths and additional products to satisfy customers. They really do offer a lot, for great deals. I personally went with them for a spray tan because it’s a machine and no one is up in your business… for much cheaper, I might add. I had my first spray tan tonight, courtesy of Sarah, and I will definitely be returning. She was super kind and informative, and the salon itself was clean and spacious with plenty of booths and additional products to satisfy customers. They really do offer a lot, for great deals. I personally went with them for a spray tan because it’s a machine and no one is up in your business… for much cheaper, I might add. Glad I finally went, and I will be back!

Critical: ProfessionalismTripp in my opinion wasn’t professional interpersonally. I’ve been a member at STC for a few years and I’ve gone to locations all over NC and in other states. I asked to get what I usually get at each visit and stated it aloud “premium, clear, double legs, and hydration”. When I was getting sprayed I noticed the bronzer. I figured no big deal, I’ll just see what he put in the system when I go up front and I’ll just deal with how I look for a few hours. Keeping that in mind I also wanted to figure out which tan I was going to get because I know my skin responds differently based on the formula.. When communicating with Tripp he became really defensive saying I got a “Malibu” just like all the other locations. After reassuring him I never did get “Malibu” because I don’t get the bronzer he back peddled and stated other locations have other numbers for their tans. I’m thinking ok that’s fine but when I came in I said aloud “premium clear double legs hydration” when I checked in, he saw that my previous tan was in another city with presumably different numbers and didn’t double check with what I had said. He went on to say I will HAVE to shower in 4 hours and went on and on about what STC does and doesn’t recommend, not one apology for not hearing me when I came in or seeming one bit concerned at all. I’m a pretty easy going nice person but the whole experience was enough for me to put into a review.
