I love their beds but please know that it is so hard to stop them charging you. I’m still getting charged monthly and went to freeze them and they won’t unless you paid your full bill. I haven’t laid there in 2 months but they still keep charging. It’s crazy.

I started a membership with suntan city in Huntington, WV. I contacted them told them I had a emergency come up and I needed my account froze so no money would be charged.I told the girl in detail that the emergency I had would take all my money to get me to the place I had to go and I could not have anything charged to my bank. I asked her about the annual membership fee and she even told me it wouldn’t be charged. She never even mentioned a $5 freeze charge a month. Well my bank notifies me today that I was charged $26 from suntan city. Which I know isn’t a lot of money but my finances were gone to get to a family member so I contacted chat live for help. The guy I chatted with said I was charged a annual membership fee and a $5 freeze charge!! I said I even asked the girl she said I wouldn’t be charged for that and she never told me anything about any fee to freeze my account!! He said well we don’t do refunds for overdrafts because my bank is charging me $36 today for it being pulled out!! I wasn’t told sorry I was told he could cancel my membership if needed which after I seen the company doesn’t care evidently about it’s customers enough to even say sorry I wanted it canceled!! I wouldn’t recommend this place there employees need to be on the same page and not inform customers wrong!!!

Very clean and nice staff. Considering the majority of the staff are very young they make you feel comfortable. Had some issues with my last 2 visits with splotches from the spray tanning! The girl was understanding and moved me to another booth and put in a maintainance order for the booth I had used! Highly recommended place to tan

Nice and very helpful staff. Fast and easy check in. Clean, very nice beds. They always keep up with changing the bulbs in the beds when needed. Great place! Definitely recommend.

This tanning place used to be a nice place untill it seems u get tricked with pricing an I think they charge u whatever they want at times it just seems the workers need trained better on package prices an explain to the consumer better with helping them have a best experience all around I don’t think I’ll ever go there an my friends an family have had the same issues u would think the company would try an help make it a good experience for all but seems they are about how much money they can get other then making the customer as comfortable an want to come BK
