The staff is wonderful, everyone has been very nice & helpful! I do give them 5 stars, however, this review is in regards to the phone system. I’m not quite sure what’s going on, but I have never spoke to anyone there by phone because it always has a busy signal. I tried calling 4 times today to see if you all were closing early for New Years & no one answered. I got there to tan at 514 to find out that you all closed at 5!!! This is ridiculous that no one answers the phone there!

The first lady was so nice and helpful loaded with info and eager to share. Second lady notta she couldn’t wait to get rid of me….. my last tan the first lady was back. I hope first lady is a manager she should be. Very nice facility. They don’t take cash only cards. Beds are nice.

Absolutely LOVED my experience for the first time. Kim was extremely knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff. I am a 53 year old Grandmother and far from a BARBIE but when I walked out I felt like I was a queen! Highly recommend!! I would rate it perfect but I know no one or no place is perfect. They are close to it!

Be careful of this company as a whole when you “buy points” or freeze your membership. O had points left on my account last year and took their advice and paid $5 per month to freeze my account. When I unfroze my membership this year and chose the premium package, my points were useless. A call to the corporate office resulted in “sorry about your luck.” I am just out that money I paid for additional points last year and freezing my account gave me absolutely no benefit whatsoever. Not a very customer friendly business at all. I plan to cancel my membership after the next month and go elsewhere. So will the other members of my family that use Sun Tan City.

Tori was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and spray tans, but the products she told me to buy did make me turn orange and the spray tan didn’t even cover my back. Waste of money if you ask me!
