I have always tanned at a mom and pops tanning salon for close to the same price. The price you pay is honestly gonna be a result in the tan you receive. I always loved coming up here and seeing Madison. The girls at the front desk are like your friends, they can be a little pushy on the products but they know what’s best and I always listen. I was always skeptical of a tanning salon like this but honestly it’s been the best.

First time walked didn’t know if it was $50 or $150. I just wanted a tan. Person behind the counter was telling me all the packages were too expensive and I should buy the package she likes. I DID NOT WANT HER OPINION I wanted the prices. I ended up walking out. I really wanted to give them my money & get a tan. Why couldn’t I do that??

I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. I signed up for the $44/month no commitment unlimited spray tan plan at the Bristol, Va. location mid-January. The manager working at this location is the person who signed me up for my membership. I expressed multiple times that I wanted the no commitment membership and made it very clear – there is no possible way there could have been a misunderstanding.

This is a place to go if you want someone to recite the company lingo about how fantastic the results are with all their high end tanning products from the lotions to the beds. I have worked with people who just want to get dark and not pay hundreds (yes, you heard me correctly, that was HUNDREDZ) each month to achieve the same results you can get with Wal-Mart outdoor lotions and a few drunken naps in the backyard. They are CONSTANTLY trying to up-sale you in front of other customers and for me that was ridiculous! Let me decide what I want and leave it be. I don’t need another all new tanning regimen 7 days later because the redness rays are brighter and its winter. SHUT-UP! Unless you are bored and rich and ok with being orange and eventually unsatisfied, leave it alone. I do not care what they say, the mom and pops tan salon takes walk ins too! Support your local mom and pops tanning salon. I DO!

The celebrating and I hope that no one would hold them accountable to do this under any other circumstance and take Their kindness for granted but they did the kindest exception for me in the hardest time in my life when I had purchased a year of tanning and my 4yr old son was diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma cancer &had to be moved to Saint Jude(where there are no sun tan cities not that I would have ever had time to go) immediately with him for 10 months and they were kind enough to Suspend my account during the time I was gone and honestly thought when we returned back home that they would “have no record of it” however they did and they gave me my remaining 2 months.

The staff are really nice and helpful. However, the check in process is crazy. You have everyone doing products and signing up new customers while 10 to 15 people just want to check in and tan. My last visit I left after waiting 20 minutes without moving. Two other customers also left. Why can’t one person be designated for new sign ups or product sales?
