The women working there are always super friendly and will help you figure out what is right for you. I only recently started tanning and the are all so helpful! Very clean, never a wait. Just like every other branch, your first time will take a while because you have to fill out paperwork, sign up, and get a finger scan. Once you do that you have easy and quick access to ANY suntan city. Located next to a inexpensive nail salon too.

Last year they double charged my credit card and there was no recourse. I tried contacting corporate after no one at the store could help me and no one ever got back to me.Yesterday they sent me into a tanning booth with goggles I had just purchased that broke in my hand. They wouldn’t replace them. I felt like I’d had enough and I walked out on buying a new plan after the young man(? ) who wasn’t wearing a name tag started to argue with me and told me that I broke the goggles. I have been a customer now for almost three years and the staff are friendly and helpful, the booths are always clean and ready and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different booths and lotions etc……excellent place to tan!!!!!! nail care products there now as well as you can have your teeth whitened there as well!!!!!

Sun Tan City commits FRAUD!!! I signed up at the higher price for ONE MONTH OF TANNING! THAT IS ALL I WANTED!! Without informing me that I was committed to AUTO RENEWAL I HAVE NOW, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR ANY WARNING, FIND MY CREDIT CAR CHARGED.
