I’ve been going here for almost two years . There is typically a good selection of products . I’ll be honest I don’t usually buy lotion until it is on sale . I know when I look on line I could often buy it for less but I try to support local people . 98% of the time the beds have been clean . As for the staff I’ve read other reviews and agree . Some staff has been very nice and helpful others not so much, especially when their friends are there . On occasion I have found the staff cold and unfriendly . I will say the staff does seem to change frequently. I seldom have had to wait very long for a bed .

I love the Waterville salon and the people are the best but I just got off the phone with customer service and I had a horrible experience with her. She was far from being pleasant, acted like I was wasting her time. I didn’t understand why she couldn’t wave a fee of $6.60 because I was signing up for a year in the fastest bed. She was very rude beyond if I wasn’t benefited from tanning as much as I am then I would of not purchased my package.
